Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Block Master website, game, analyzer, daily challenge, practice boards, written guides, and related project materials.
Using the site
You may use Block Master for personal entertainment, learning, and ordinary reference. Access is provided without an account. You are responsible for using a compatible browser, keeping your device secure, and deciding whether any puzzle suggestion suits your own goals.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that materially degrades access, misrepresent the project, automate invalid advertising activity, or use the contact address for harassment or unsolicited bulk messages.
Puzzle outputs are informational
The board analyzer and health ruler provide informational puzzle feedback. A ranked move is based on the published flexibility heuristic and is not a guarantee of the highest final score, an optimal solution, or future piece availability. Game and practice outputs are not professional, medical, financial, educational, or therapeutic advice.
Scores are calculated under Block Master's own documented rules. They should not be assumed to match another game. A browser error, changed implementation, cleared local storage, or network issue may interrupt a run or remove local progress.
Intellectual property and independence
Unless otherwise stated, Block Master's source presentation, brand assets, original writing, authored board positions, scoring explanation, and site-specific visual design are protected by applicable rights. Normal linking and brief quotation with attribution are welcome where permitted by law.
Do not copy a substantial portion of the site, remove attribution from project assets, present Block Master materials as another product, or use the name and visual identity to imply sponsorship. Block Master is independent and is not affiliated with another puzzle game publisher.
User submissions
The current site has no public upload, forum, or user-generated content feature. Email feedback remains private to the handling channel unless you explicitly authorize publication. By sending a suggestion, you allow the project to evaluate it and to improve the site without an obligation to implement, credit, or compensate for general ideas.
Do not email content you lack permission to share. You retain rights in original material you submit, subject to the limited permission needed to read, store, and respond to the message.
Content removal and rights notices
To request correction or removal, email luozhu2021@gmail.com with the specific URL, identification of the work or right involved, your relationship to the owner, a good-faith explanation, and reliable contact information. Incomplete or abusive notices may be delayed or rejected.
The project may remove or revise content while a concern is reviewed. A removal process described here is informational and does not waive any rights or create a substitute for formal procedures required by applicable law.
Availability and changes
The site may change, pause, or discontinue features without guaranteeing continuous availability. Piece libraries, scoring, and health weights may evolve, but methodology pages should show a reviewed date and material formula changes should be documented.
Advertising, analytics, accounts, uploads, or new data practices require corresponding updates to the Privacy Policy and, where needed, these terms before activation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Block Master is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed results. You use the site at your own discretion.
To the extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the site, loss of local progress, reliance on a puzzle ranking, or third-party services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing rules and severability
Applicable law determines any rights that cannot be varied by these terms. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as legally possible. These plain-language terms are general information and not legal advice.
Contact and acceptance
Using the site after the effective date indicates acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Questions can be sent through the Contact page. Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
